Since I was young, my eyes were small and I had a lot of upper eyelid fat, so I was often told I looked tired. On an acquaintance’s recommendation, I went to Custom Plastic Surgery Clinic for a consultation. During the consultation, they customized the line one by one, including the line I personally wanted and what degree of line would suit me best while still looking natural. The surgery took about two and a half hours. I was under sedation only for the first 20 minutes, and after that they proceeded with local anesthesia only around the eye area. Since it was my first surgery, I was scared and very nervous, but the doctor and nurses helped me relax a lot during the surgery and kindly answered the things I was curious about. There was some pain at the inner front part of the eye, where many nerves are concentrated, but when I said it hurt, they added more anesthetic. After the surgery, they applied cold compresses, and when I went to have the stitches removed, they did something called a swelling laser treatment. Now, about 1 month after surgery, the line has settled naturally enough that with makeup on, it looks like I didn’t have surgery. However, perhaps because of the fat removal, the upper part of my eyes has become hollow, making my eye hollows deeper.
