In the past, I tried all kinds of procedures, from nasal tip filler and bridge filler to Hiko, to the point that there was almost nothing I hadn't tried, but the shape gradually started looking strange and actually became more unnatural... So I decided that now I should get proper surgery. While looking into several hospitals, what attracted me most was that at GNG, the shape could be set on the same day with closed surgery, so I went in for a consultation. Director Kim Sunhong recommended a custom implant for the nasal bridge and autologous cartilage for the nasal tip, and since I also have rhinitis, he explained that the functional aspects could be addressed together as well. During the consultation, he assessed things realistically without making it feel excessive. Maybe because it was closed surgery, there was almost no obvious sign of surgery, and it suits my face really well without looking overdone. I only changed my nose, but the overall atmosphere of my face looks much more refined, so I'm very satisfied. The functional part also improved, so breathing has become easier, and my nasal congestion has improved a lot, which is great. Honestly, I kept thinking that instead of continuing to get by with filler or Hiko, I should have just had proper surgery from the beginning... If there are people like me who are going around trying various procedures, I recommend looking into it properly and deciding in one go instead!
