From the front, my nose looked a bit thick, and from the side it was bumpy and the line wasn’t very pretty... My biggest concern was that it made me look masculine. I was told it could be corrected with a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and that my rhinitis could be addressed as well, so I also had septal deviation surgery. There were more areas that needed work than I expected, but the director said he would operate only on the areas that were truly necessary as much as possible and do his best to make it look beautiful. That gave me confidence, so I decided to go ahead. Silicone was used for the bridge, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage were used together. I’m grateful that they made my nose, which had been a total mess, look pretty... Breathing is also easier than before, and I like that it looks more natural. From the front, my nose has become slimmer, and from the side the line looks softer. Now I finally feel like I’ve found my nose, and I’m satisfied because my overall image has improved a lot.
