6-Month Review of Lower Lateral Canthoplasty + Double Eyelid Revision Surgery

After <This is a current photo, and it has become very natural. I have a slight sanpaku-eye look? but it doesn't really matter. All the photos are bare eyes with no makeup> Before <This is a before photo, and the right side had just come undone. You can definitely see less sclera than now> After <6 months later> After <6 months later> I had double eyelid revision surgery (double buried suture method) together with lateral and lower canthoplasty. I got help from this community, so I’m posting mine too in case it helps someone else. For about the first month, my eyes were extremely dry, so I practically lived with artificial tears, especially since I already had dry eye syndrome. Now they’re back to normal. I like a natural look, so I didn’t get greedy. As for reattachment, of course it may have reattached slightly, but I personally can’t feel it. I heard lateral canthoplasty is a surgery with quite a lot of possible side effects, so I think you absolutely shouldn’t overdo it with lateral canthoplasty. I hope this helps. All photos were taken with a regular camera and no makeup.
