My first nose surgery was a case with no implant, just raising the nasal tip. Now that I’m 9 months post-op, a step-off is visible, and although my nose is pretty, it bothers me because of the step-off.. They say they’ll provide revision service, but the doctor says the nasal tip will become blunt and that it looks better now, and if it were him, he wouldn’t do it. He says that to get rid of the nasal step-off, one piece of cartilage just needs to be removed, but this also has to be done open.. Would they pack it with cotton like the first surgery? What do you all think?
