Everyone, when people talk about a split nasal bridge after nose implant removal, is that on the nasal bone side, or in the cartilage area in the middle of the nasal bridge?? I’m also curious how you resolved it I had surgery without an implant, but the dorsum of my nose is slightly sunken, so I want to improve it while having the removal done..
