My original nose was a bulbous nose where my nostrils didn’t show at all, but after surgery my nostrils show like a pig nose, so I’m stressed... After removal, did your nostrils not show? Is it closer to your original nose or your surgical nose? Can I go back to my original nose... This is so hard
