First of all, I decided to have surgery for three reasons: pectus carinatum, AAA cup size, and upper-breast volume loss & sagging after childbirth. I only had breast augmentation, without accessory breast tissue removal or a breast lift. I had 380 cc Motiva implants placed on both sides. Before the surgery, I did have a very slight regret, thinking, “Should I have gone a little bigger?” But I think following the director’s opinion that if they were too large, they might not suit my body shape and could look unnatural was a really good choice. Right now, I’m quite satisfied with the size. Fortunately, I had almost no pain after surgery, so it didn’t interfere much with daily life, and I’m still doing well without discomfort. I think I just need to keep up with scar care now. If I could say one thing to those who are considering surgery, worrying only delays the timing of surgery. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate for too long!
