Even after dieting and losing 10% of my body weight, my double chin looked so bad, like a pelican, that I finally had surgery. I was swollen until about day 3, and from day 4 the swelling went down very quickly. Now the bruising has all moved down below my neck and faded, so it’s not noticeable. I had no pain at all from the beginning, and from day 3 I could cover it slightly with a scarf and go out without any difficulty. My jawline is becoming clearer and clearer. I really regret wondering why I hesitated for so long.
