Since it involves incisions near the eyes, I looked for a place with a lot of experience, and I heard that one plastic surgery clinic was well known for surgeries for middle-aged patients, like lower blepharoplasty. When I went for the consultation with my dad, they said that if they did fat repositioning for the bulging fat under his eyes, his tired-looking impression would go away too. As you can see in the photos, he also had pretty deep frown lines between his eyebrows, like nasolabial folds, so since he was getting lower blepharoplasty anyway, I thought it would be good to have a forehead lift at the same time, so I arranged that for him. I was worried it might be too much to have two surgeries at once, but thankfully, for just one week post-op, his swelling isn’t that severe. His impression looks much better, and he’s satisfied, saying he looks younger, so I don’t feel like the money was wasted!!
