8 years ago / 5 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery twice, but my eyes still didn’t have that open, refreshed look, and the drooping part of the outer eye-end line bothered me so much. I hesitated because I was worried the success rate might be lower for a third revision eye surgery, but this is a review after surgery with Director Lee Jun-ho at a clinic in Cheongdam. The eyes were close to what I wanted, and the director also said it wasn’t a difficult surgery and that the degree of change would be large, so I decided to go through with it thinking this was really the last time and that I should try whatever I could. Even though it was a third revision eye surgery, he said I didn’t need an incision, and he said that for the open, refreshed eyes I wanted, I only needed posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty together, so it didn’t feel too burdensome from the patient’s side either. Should I say he seemed confident that even just this much would make a big change? The after-surgery photos do have some help from makeup, but when I compare them with before surgery, even without makeup my outer eye corners have a lifted image, so my bare face looks pretty too, which I liked even more. The eyes I wanted had a glamorous feel, and it feels like my eyes became 58,000 times bigger, so I really like them. After surgery, I also hear a lot that I look doll-like?? When I combine eyeliner and mascara, my eyes look pretty even to me, so I think the surgery was a success, and even though I didn’t do much, I feel like the change is big.
