I had my first surgery, and I don’t recommend dual canthoplasty. Unless your eyes are really not that small and narrow, I really don’t recommend it. I regret it. I think the D-shaped deformity side effect from lateral canthoplasty is much more common than I expected. Unless you’re going to a truly skilled doctor, I feel like 7 out of 10 people end up with the D-shaped side effect. And my eyes seem to have changed into something too artificial? Like a plastic-looking face, so I regret it a bit
