The director seemed proud of their skill and to have actually handled many difficult cases. They showed me all the cases that were more severe than mine and confidently recommended the surgical method. There are many successful results too, so it felt like it probably wouldn't go badly. But the results I wanted and the priorities for what needed to be fixed were too different from my standards. From my perspective, the part that looked bad was that only one side had a sausage-like look, so I wanted to fix the sausage issue more, but the doctor said the first thing to correct was how much the eyes open, and that the one-sided sausage look couldn't be fixed and wasn't the priority. I have uneven eyes, but the kind of eyes the doctor likes and the kind I like were different, and because fixing the sausage-like look with the uneven eyelid show was more important first, I took this clinic off my list.
