I had philtrum reduction surgery at a plastic surgery clinic near Samseong Station because they said it could be done 2 weeks after my nose surgery. Sure enough, contracture developed, and even my columella disappeared, so I suffered through columella reconstruction surgery. They wouldn’t give me a refund, and acted like they had done it well without leaving a scar. The area under my nose was all sunken in, and I can’t even put into words how much I suffered. Seriously.. don’t go there. Don’t get scarless philtrum reduction.. Just don’t get philtrum reduction surgery itself.
