I’m on day 36 now, and the clinic only told me to do cold compresses.. Isn’t it time to do warm compresses? Also, I’m not sure if compresses are still effective at this point, so please give me some advice on how to manage swelling after one month has passed. Should I still sleep with my pillow elevated, eat a low-sodium diet, and go for walks?
