Originally, the hospital started as Toxnfill and is now branded as Generis. Because of that, the prices are reasonable and the system is well organized. However, because staff members change frequently, the skill level of the skin care team is somewhat lacking. It feels like the clinic is being carried solely by Representative Director Park Dong-chan. I also think the counseling skills of the managers need improvement. If they see customers only as money, they will eventually fail. I also have some doubts about the skills of the frequently changing salaried doctors. As much as they focus on branding the Generis brand, they probably need to strengthen the substance of the clinic.
