I visited because of acne scars and freckles. The consultant manager who handled my consultation was kind. I had gone in with some incorrect information, and she corrected the wrong information and recommended procedures that would be okay for me. There was no pressure to proceed, and she told me it would be fine to visit other clinics too if I was worried. The doctor was also extremely kind and performed the procedures meticulously. As for the effect, maybe because I didn’t manage aftercare well, I don’t really notice a difference. If you go at an awkward time, there are too many people, and even though I had a reservation, I kept waiting.
