I had no fat under my eyes, and on top of that the amount of fat absence differed between the two sides, so my aegyo-sal was uneven, and I did it impulsively 3 years ago. The original purpose was not to solve dark circles (though they are pretty bad), but to lessen the asymmetry of my aegyo-sal, and they said it would help to some extent, but I saw no effect at all in that area. I don't really feel much effect on the dark circles either. I even had fat grafting myself, but it didn't help the hollow under my eyes or the uneven aegyo-sal at all, so I thought I'd wasted my money, but my friend said that surgery seemed to have affected my impression the most. I don't know which one is true.
