Hello:) I had rhinoplasty with Director J.S.Y. at a clinic in Apgujeong. Since it was my first surgery, I was even more careful. One of the things I look at most critically is the front view. Honestly, the side profile tends to come out well at any hospital, but the front view can end up looking pinched or unnatural. I had nasal tip autologous costal cartilage + 3 cm silicone for the nasal bridge + crooked nose correction + bulbous nose correction + columella lowering + lateral osteotomy, and I am so, so satisfied❤️ Even when the splint was removed one week after surgery, I thought I would be extremely swollen like an Avatar, but it came out with the straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted, natural yet glamorous, and the front view looked natural and exactly like the feeling I wanted, so I was really happy. Even when doing makeup, I don’t need heavy contouring; even if I do it roughly, my nose looks more defined, and makeup feels more fun, so I love it!! If you dislike an overly artificial look and want a natural but glamorous straight-to-slightly-curved line, definitely start with a consultation with Director J.S.Y.
