I want to get nasal tip surgery, but even if it’s done with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, does the nasal tip become hard? I heard that autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage always makes it hard, but I can’t really get a sense of how hard that would be. If possible, I want it to look as natural as possible, so to do that, I should use the softest material possible, right?
