My basic body specs were breast base width 12.5 / sagging breasts / pre-op bra size 80A cup, and I had surgery through a transaxillary incision / dual-plane placement.
The breasts I wanted were a UU line, but in my case, he said a perfect UU line would be difficultㅠㅠ But he said he would make them as pretty as possible, and he said if we went too large, the cleavage could spread apart like ) (, so I went small with Mentor Xtra 295 cc. I’m extremely satisfied with the result!!!
Personally, my breasts were severely sagging, so I wondered if I should also get a lift, but the director honestly said he wouldn’t recommend a lift at this level, so I didn’t do it, and I really think I made the right choice not doing it. There was also a clinic that recommended a lift, but if I had done it, I think the incision area would only have increased and it wouldn’t have looked as natural as it does now. But maybe human desire really has no end; compared with before surgery, I feel like it would be right to have no complaints, and while I’m really, really satisfied, it’s still a little disappointing that my breasts don’t come together very well ㅠㅠ
