Hehehehehe, the reason I got gynecomastia surgery is obvious... A chest that protruded a bit more than other people’s? I heard the exact term is gynecomastia. Of course, gaining weight and weight management can have an effect, but even when I was at a normal weight, the shape where my chest noticeably stuck out forward stayed the same;
I’ll keep it short. I had gynecomastia surgery at DA, and I’m now 11 months post-op. I found out that the ultrasound exam is a really important part~ For anyone who has indemnity medical insurance or other insurance, it seems that if you’re diagnosed with gynecomastia by ultrasound, you can get the surgery without the cost being too burdensome.
The difficult part after surgery? Wearing the compression garment for 1 month wasn’t easy. Especially when sleeping, they said it was best to definitely wear it, so I wore it even to sleep... hehe But it was only a bit like that at first, and later I got used to it, so it was fine.
If you’re like me and wear 2 short-sleeved T-shirts even in summer... If you’ve ever walked without straightening your back because of your chest...
You should definitely get gynecomastia surgery...
Your confidence changes.. Of course, I think it’s even better if you make it firmer with exercise too, hehe
I attached before-and-after photos~
