I had restoration and secondary canthoplasty with 3-way lateral canthoplasty at Barabon

10 years ago, I had lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty, and I was always stressed whenever I took photos or looked in the mirror because the outer corners looked like they had opened up into a ㄷ shape or were blocked. I just lived with it, but then I had some time, so I had surgery at Barabon! The shape at the outer corners is really weird, right. Looking at it now, it looks gross lol They had done a huge lower canthoplasty, so my eyes were extremely big but looked sad. It was that big-eyed look that was popular 10 years ago Even with the stitches in, it didn’t look that awful. I didn’t have much pain either, but I did get conjunctival edema, so my vision looked a bit cloudy I don’t like factory-style clinics, so I liked that the surgery was done by a one-person clinic’s representative director I had Barabon 3-way restoration canthoplasty For reference, I went to 3 consultations including Barabon, and the other 2 places rejected me....... hmm, maybe because it was a revision case and my eyes were extreme haha The director at Barabon confidently said it wasn’t difficult and that the effect would be good, so I went ahead with the surgery. The ㄷ shape, which was my biggest complaint, became pointed, so I’m satisfied. I think the surgery was done well I’m currently 2 and a half months post-op. I still have scars and some eyeball exposure/eye gaping, but I think that’s normal at this stage I believe time will take care of it I recommend it to those who need lateral canthoplasty restoration like me
