I hope there will never be another victim like me. (You may also refer to my blog. This is a real review over about 1 year.) If you look at the post in that cafe, it seems comments are blocked after only 2-3 people comment, so no more comments can be written; (If you can check my original post, please do. Photos of the hospital's apology message are attached.)
★ I understand that there are many promotional posts because companies and brokers post various advertising-style recommended comments/reviews/question posts, etc. (Please keep this in mind. It is important.) Do not decide on surgery after being swayed by posts of unknown origin where people ask and answer, ask and answer.
If you search the company name and look carefully, you can see that the same IDs are repeatedly present on every post.
Also, please be careful of comments such as "they are good at revision surgery," "they are a master of revision surgery," or "someone I know had it done and it went well." As someone experiencing side effects, I hope you recognize the risks of surgery to some extent and decide carefully.
-----------
I developed side effects after undergoing undereye fat repositioning surgery at "00 Plastic Surgery Clinic." Afterward, I never raised an objection to the hospital about the surgical result, and I continuously requested A/S, treatment, and follow-up with the director. However, it was really difficult to get a follow-up appointment with the director.. ; I was only told that it would improve with time, and I was finally able to see the director for follow-up after 8-9 months. (Until then, communication is only through the counseling manager or reception desk by phone. When I call, they keep saying that if I send photos by KakaoTalk, they will look at the photos and give detailed answers about my current symptoms.)
After the follow-up, because the answers were hard to understand, I requested that my guardian attend the follow-up. They confidently gave false guidance several times, saying that having a follow-up appointment with a guardian would violate the Medical Service Act. When I replied after even confirming with a lawyer, only then did they say they were merely relaying the director's words. ★The coordinator (guidance team) and the counseling manager all gave false and untrue guidance. (There is phone and KakaoTalk evidence.) (Please check my post for details.)
< Side effects > Scleral show / sensory nerve damage (no facial sensation) / dark circles became worse / before-and-after photos could not be checked / symptoms of entropion, etc. --------
The surgical result is one thing, but if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I would not have gone through with the surgery. They say there is originally no later follow-up with the director. What has already been damaged can never be reversed. The hospital will not take responsibility either.
"Side effect reviews" often end up being temporarily hidden, so in reality it is difficult for consumers to see them and make the right choice. On all kinds of apps and communities, most posts are only about successful cases. Many of those successful-case posts are also written by hospitals, or are broker recommendations. Anyone getting plastic surgery should always look into everything, think it over a hundred times, and be careful.
*This post was written based on the `consumer rights` guaranteed by our Constitution and the Framework Act on Consumers, and I state that it has no purpose of defaming the above medical institution beyond sharing information and helping other patients.
