I'm thinking of getting revision rhinoplasty. Maybe because septal cartilage was used the first time, I feel like the nasal tip is starting to droop too. For the revision, I'm planning to use costal cartilage. Even though I had bulbous nose correction done during my first surgery, I still have some bulbous-nose look left, damn... haha. If I use costal cartilage, it should become firmer, right... When I look for hospitals that handle male costal cartilage well, they all seem like brokers/shills, so I'm leaving a post to get recommendations. ㄹㅂ르, ㄴ트, 431, ㅋㅂ쥬 seem to be places many people go to for revisions, so please share some info.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoFeb 5 After complete silicone removal
If I remove it completely, I probably don’t have to worry about side effects from inflammation, right? These days I’m looking into hospitals for removal, but now that I’m actually about to remove it, I’m worried there might be side effects
