They use the whole building, but you can just register on the first floor and get the procedure in the treatment room on the second floor. I think the basement was a research lab. The treatment rooms were individual, so it was comfortable. I had my last session last week. Since it was the last one, they did it more meticulously, so I got some bruising, but it disappeared after two days. I don't really feel any swelling. For maintenance, it's better to spend the money and do it than not do it.
