They were kind! They also explained things clearly so I could understand the answers to my questions. I asked a lot of things because I did not know much. But it was (quite a bit) expensive, so I am still thinking about whether I will do it. If I had plenty of money, I would do it, but for now it feels burdensome. Still, the consultation itself was good.
