When I didn’t know anything, I ended up choosing it just because the doctor seemed easygoing. They said they would do implant-free rhinoplasty, but to start with the conclusion, it didn’t leave me with a disability, but it failed. The asymmetry got worse, and my nose became masculine-looking. Even back then, I felt uneasy because I had sometimes seen reviews saying they made the nose look like a big bulbous comic nose, and it really turned out that way. The nasal tip drooped, so it spreads when I smile, the nose got bigger, and my nasal tip lobule was originally small, but it seems to have become three times larger. In terms of aesthetic sense, if it wasn’t a male nose, the aesthetic seemed to be making women’s noses large. It’s too pointy, and it can be described as a straight, masculine-looking nose that extends straight out, not a semi-ski-slope nose.
