It has been 9 months since the surgery. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the operation. I had a bulbous nose with a high bridge, and after consulting with the doctor, I only had cartilage tying and no implants such as autologous dermis. First of all, I like that I could return to everyday life right away. I like that the improvement to my nose shape is subtle enough that only I know about it. (I was aiming for naturalness.) But during the consultation process, the manager kept trying to persuade me about whether or not to use an implant.
