There was such a large gap between the exaggerated advertising and the actual procedure details that I generally could not trust them. During the consultation, even when I asked slightly specific questions about the procedure, instead of calmly explaining things, they responded with irritation, and when I asked follow-up questions, they answered as if they were angry, which left me taken aback. Considering that they are in a position where they should guide patients so they can fully understand and make decisions, the attitude was very disappointing. What made me even more uncomfortable was seeing them record the conversation alone on their phone without any particular explanation. Since there was no prior consent or notice, I felt very unpleasant, and it came across as defensive instead. Overall, I visited expecting professionalism and trust, but the experience left me only disappointed.
