I had surgery for attached earlobes, and even though the condition was that I had to post on ㄱㄴㅇㄴ and ㅂㅂㅌ, it was still quite expensive. The surgery itself wasn’t very painful, and I didn’t have any major discomfort afterward either. However, even though it was done with an incision, after about a year had passed, my ear shape went back to the original attached-earlobe shape, and under my ear, the scar was messier than I expected, with stitch marks left in several directions. The results were much worse than I expected, so unless your attached earlobes are very, very severe and not likely to scar badly, I personally don’t recommend attached-earlobe surgery
