When viewed from the front, my nose looks a bit spread out at the tip, and there is also a difference when viewed from the left and right sides. I also have a hump, and my nose looks too big. I heard that complications are inevitable and revision surgery is almost 100% likely, so I'm hesitating, but these days whenever I look in the mirror, all I see is my nose.
