The consultant understood my needs well and organized everything really clearly in words, and honestly, the consultation with the director was short, but they seemed strongly committed to operating conservatively only on the areas I need to improve. However, since they don’t use rib cartilage, I wanted to hear a more detailed backup plan for cases where the nasal tip droops… I think that part was hard to fully understand from just one consultation. Even though I couldn’t really grasp what the technical aspects are like, I’m considering going ahead with surgery because my aesthetic sense matches the director’s, and the consultant’s consultation felt worth the consultation fee.
