The doctor did not recommend excessive surgery and recommended a natural-looking nose that suits my face. The nose I wanted happened to be a natural-looking one, and when I showed a photo, they said they would make it in that shape! Rather than doing too much surgery or making it excessive, they said the director would do it with the minimum amount of surgery they considered appropriate, so the price was not burdensome either. I have gone to two more consultations so far, and the consultant here was the kindest. They also sent me a separate text, and when I had the consultation with the director, they came in and listened, then explained things well if there was anything I did not understand.
