I had chin tip + square jaw reduction + cortical osteotomy done (over 2 years ago) The doctor said he thought he could do the surgery well with passion and confidence, so I trusted him and went ahead with it. When I saw on the CT how the bone had been shaved, it looked neat, and I was also satisfied with the result when seeing it with the naked eye. My needs were reflected, good good. The incision sites inside my mouth were okay too, and recovery was okay. When I went for a follow-up about a week after surgery, I was well enough to stuff my face with mazesoba... But the tight, squeezing feeling in my front chin still hasn’t gone away. On cold days, it clumps up even more and there’s still a strong squeezing feeling
