I had my 6th round of calf Botox, but the effect was so subtle that I ended up deciding that, for this money, it would make more sense to get another procedure and actually see results. So I came to Volume Plastic Surgery after a recommendation from an acquaintance. There was no separate ultrasound exam or consultation fee, and the director and consultant explained everything thoroughly, so they seemed professional. When they did the calf ultrasound, they also explained how they distinguish and view the muscle layer and fat layer. My calf muscles were so developed that you could tell at a glance it was sigh-inducing, so I trusted the director and decided to get the procedure.
