Eye Surgery Considerations

I Had Functional Rhinoplasty and I Feel So Much Better lol

I have really severe rhinitis, so my nose was always stuffy and it was hard to breathe. When I slept, I always slept with my mouth open, so my throat hurt a lot too, and my runny nose just kept going, lol. Ugh, this rhinitis was seriously making life so hard.

So I kept wondering whether I should get nose surgery, and fortunately my friend had almost the exact same symptoms as me, right? But after getting nose surgery, she said breathing became so comfortable and strongly recommended that I do it too, so I went in for a consultation at the hospital where my friend had her surgery!

I also had a CT scan, and Director Lee Geun-seok explained things to me while looking inside my nose. He said my septum was deviated a lot, so it must have felt stuffy every time I breathed. He also explained that was why my nose shape looked crooked too, and lol, once I heard that, it totally made sense.

The director answered the questions I was curious about first and clearly, so I thought, 'Ah, so this is why they are famous for functional rhinoplasty!!'

Since I was already getting surgery, I wanted my nose to feel a little more masculine too, so I decided to change the line to a straighter look lol.

I originally had not even been thinking about nose surgery, but once I actually made up my mind, I started wanting more and more lol. It has been one month since surgery now, and there is surprisingly almost no swelling, right? lol

Everyone around me says the nose surgery turned out naturally and well, and the crooked nasal bridge was set straight in the right direction. More than anything, breathing is really easy now, so I thought, ah... this was a good surgery.

On top of that, because it was functional rhinoplasty, my insurance covered part of the cost, so the financial burden was almost nothing, lol. The hospital has a dedicated team, so the paperwork came out quickly and I got the reimbursement fast too, lol!!

I thought the whole nose surgery process would be really hard, but overall it felt like everything went smoothly, and now all that is left is just satisfaction.
