I don’t have time to exercise but I wanted to build some muscle, so I got interested when I heard Core Sculpt was available at a trial price! Since the price was cheap, I didn’t have high expectations haha I thought 30 minutes would feel short, but once I actually tried it, the intensity was stronger than I expected. When it starts, it feels like the muscles around my abdomen contract automatically, so at first I was like, what is this? But gradually I couldn’t laugh anymore;; It doesn’t hurt, but it feels like my muscles are exercising on their own, so it’s strangely tiring haha They did adjust the intensity from time to time. Trying it once at the trial price isn’t bad, but I think it would be a mistake to expect to lose weight from this;; haha
