The director was overflowing with confidence throughout the consultation, and that part definitely inspired trust. The phrase “you can trust it and go ahead” felt less like simple self-confidence and more like certainty backed by explanation, so my satisfaction with the consultation was high. The coordinator was also really kind, so the atmosphere itself was comfortable, and I liked how each question was answered sincerely. Still, the consultation was good, but there were some concerning points in the reviews I found, so I couldn’t make the final decision yet
