I visited 7 years ago for a nose filler procedure (Radiesse) and had the procedure done after telling them the design I wanted. I was satisfied, and even now, 7 years later, because it is semi-permanent, some of it remains and has not been absorbed. I'm not sure whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, but I still don't have any plans for nose surgery, so I'm thinking about getting it once more.
