Because I did not think about the skin and just built it, the Gore-Tex stuck out and I ended up getting inflammation... I even had revision surgery, but the nose tip bent and the nostrils became uneven... Right after the revision surgery, the cartilage at the nose tip was so visible that everyone who saw it said my nose looked strange, but I endured it and kept going until I felt a heavy sensation, then went back for a consultation and they said there was nothing wrong and that it was just my feeling, haha. In the end I went to another hospital and had it removed, and they had put an L-shaped support in the columella. Even the removal hospital said it was unusual.
