Also, since the year changed, the price went up a lot He said frontal-view improvement would not be possible, so I understood that it would not work, but I asked what kind of feeling it might have even if it changed, and he kept saying it seemed like I was trying to get the answer I wanted. That was not it; I understood that frontal-view improvement was not possible, and I was asking, since it would be done with autologous costal cartilage, what kind of feeling would it have? But since he answered like that, I felt flustered. My runny nose is really bad right now, so I asked whether it would get worse if I had surgery, and in an angry tone, he said that has nothing to do with nose surgery. Is that really a question to get angry about..
