The director explains things very kindly and clearly on YouTube, but in the actual consultation, rather than listening to the patient’s questions, he seemed to have a tendency to push his own opinion. I had written down everything I was curious about, but I couldn’t even ask... Also, my memory isn’t very good, so I tried to record the consultation, but they wouldn’t let me record it during the consultation. I left the clinic after only hearing the doctor’s one-sided opinions and thoughts, rather than having a real consultation. It had been one of my final candidate clinics for surgery, but after the consultation, I decided to just have it done at another clinic.
