I get Botox regularly, and this time I tried getting it at Galaxy. The doctor said they place jaw Botox well so it absolutely won’t create a peanut-shaped face, which made me trust them. But I asked the consultation manager several questions about Radiesse and Juvelook Volume, and they only knew how to tell me the price; they didn’t know anything else. If they had explained things well during the consultation, I probably would have done something more here, whether Radiesse or Sculptra, but because the consultation manager didn’t know anything, I only got Botox. Still, unlike other clinics, there was no excessive upselling, so in a way I think that might be a plus.
