I searched for a huge number of reviews and worried a lot about possible side effects, but fortunately the surgery went really well. As for difficulty opening the mouth, if you wait patiently, it does open again. After the first surgery, the swelling lasted longer than I expected. Including the minor residual swelling, about a month.. They say that if the muscles are large, the swelling is correspondingly greater too. But fortunately, after the second surgery, the swelling went down quickly. I’m very satisfied with my face shape now, but as a downside, it seems like the compensatory muscles have gotten a bit larger. For that, I guess all I can do is manage it well myself..
