I asked about the characteristics of my face, and they told me there is no fixed standard for what is right or wrong, which made me reflect on my own perspective as well. And the consultation manager from [Clinic A] was really kind. I had been to other hospitals, but this was the first time someone had been so helpful overall and explained the hospital's strengths in such an easy-to-understand way.
