It has been about 7 years since I had nose surgery. The overall shape has settled naturally, but over time, I feel like the nasal tip has dropped slightly compared to before, and I still feel disappointed that the improvement of my bulbous nose was not sufficient because of the volume at the nasal tip. I have no discomfort in daily life or functional issues, but when I take photos or look at myself from the front, the nasal tip gives a somewhat blunt impression. Rather than wanting an excessive change, it does harmonize with my current facial image, but I wonder if it’s because time has passed.
