I had rhinoplasty without an implant, with the nasal tip raised using ear cartilage and bulbous nose correction, but I think the nasal tip is too upturned. Since my nostrils show too much from the front, my overall impression looks so much worse too.. I'm almost at 2 weeks, and even though they say the nasal tip can come down a bit, it already seems way too upturned, so I'm really worried. Ha, seriously, what should I do
