I used to hear a lot that my face always looked strong because of my square jaw and cheekbones... Every time I took photos, my jawline and lateral cheekbones looked way too prominent, so it stressed me out a lot, and makeup didn’t really cover it well either.. So I finally made up my mind and went for a consultation for square jaw and cheekbone surgery. Since it’s facial contouring, I thought it made sense to go to a place that’s been around for a long time and has done a lot of contouring surgeries! When I had my consultation with Director Lee Kyung-min at ID, they took a CT scan and explained everything one by one, starting with my facial proportions, telling me in detail which areas were protruding and how much reduction could soften my impression!! They said it wasn’t about shaving down as much as possible no matter what, but that correcting it to suit my face shape was important, and I liked that the most. They also explained the swelling period, pain, and recovery process, so all the things I was curious about were answered lol. Before the consultation I was scared and worried a lot, but after receiving it, I felt more excited that I could change too than vaguely afraid lololol. Right now I’m comparing a few more hospitals and deciding really carefully, but even just getting the consultation helped a lot because it felt like my thoughts were getting organized!
