This is a place I booked after a recommendation from an acquaintance because I wanted to have it done somewhere close to home. When I booked by phone, they said there might be a waiting time, but when I visited, maybe because I arrived early right around opening time, I had the consultation right away without waiting. The director consulted with me while marking the line with a toothpick. He explained what my eye shape was like and told me what method would be needed. Because I have sunken eyes and relatively thick skin, he recommended incision + upper canthoplasty, and showed me other patients’ before-and-after surgery photos to show how it would change. There was no pressure to book separately, and he gave me his business card and told me to call if I wanted to schedule surgery. There was no consultation fee.
